OUR MANUFACTURING
1. Raw Material Pre-processing: Purity Foundation
We understand that safety stems from material quality. Inorange Baby exclusively uses certified Elk and Huvis fibers imported from Japan and Korea for direct processing, ensuring that no chemical additives are used throughout the entire production cycle. Through real-time monitoring with industrial electronic weighing equipment, we ensure precise feeding. The fibers then enter a large-scale multi-bin mixing machine, undergoing complex air-flow circulation and reciprocating tumbling to achieve deep, molecular-level loosening and thorough blending, ensuring highly consistent core density and a solid foundation for long-term support stability.
2. Carding and Lapping: Precision Control
After initial blending, the fibers enter a vibratory chute feed for buffering, where precise vibration and airflow control ensure a stable and uniform fiber flow. The fibers are then steadily transported by the feeding system into the carding machine. Inside, multiple high-speed needle-cloth rollers perform deep carding, transforming chaotic fibers into a delicate, smooth, and uniformly aligned web. The fiber web is then fed into a reciprocating cross-lapper for systematic, multi-layer overlapping. By calibrating the speed and angle of the cross-lapper, we autonomously control the final thickness and internal structural density, imparting the core with superior resilience and providing a firm, supportive foundation for infants.
3. Through-Air Bonding: Glue-Free Process
This is our core technology for ensuring maternal and infant safety. We completely forgo chemical adhesives throughout the production process. The mattress core enters a full-penetration hot air circulation oven, where a stable thermal system ensures that low-melting-point fiber components melt uniformly at every contact point. Through this three-dimensional thermal welding, the fiber web is permanently locked into its pre-set form, eradicating formaldehyde and VOC emission risks at the source while providing the core with excellent breathability and compression resilience.
4. Precision Cutting: Consistent Quality
The end of the mattress core production line utilizes a multi-blade synchronized cutting system with mechanical limit devices, ensuring size precision at industry-leading levels. Before each batch leaves the factory, we conduct “three-dimensional verification”—sampling for flatness, edge verticality, and weight—to ensure that every mattress core delivered to global partners matches the initial technical specifications perfectly, enabling high-efficiency standardized delivery.
5. Cover Assembly: Balancing Custom Comfort and Durability
Cover production is essential for product value. We offer premium TC, ultrasonic quilted, and jacquard fabrics to meet diverse aesthetic needs. Utilizing high-speed industrial flatbed sewing machines, we execute two assembly logics:
- Removable Design (Zipper Integration): We use specialized jigs for precise zipper alignment and reinforced stitching at corners to ensure structural stability and smooth operation.
- Non-Removable Design (Sealed Construction): We employ “back-to-back” layering with high-tensile stitching, combined with edge-binding or piping, to deliver superior seam strength and a seamless finish.
Every cover undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure a perfect fit and high-standard protection for the mattress core.
