OUR MANUFACTURING
1.Material Processing and Printing/Dyeing
We carefully select premium, skin-friendly fabrics to ensure every inch meets the standards for infant-grade tactile comfort. Once the base material is selected, we utilize infant-grade reactive dyeing, allowing the dye to bond deeply with the fibers. This ensures that our products retain natural colors, resist fading after washing, and remain completely odorless. After processing, the fabric is allowed to relax and stabilize before being placed on an automated spreading machine. This step eliminates distortions caused by roll tension, ensuring cutting precision and consistent grain alignment across all layers.
2. Precision Die-Cutting
We secure the precisely aligned multi-layer fabric with positioning pins, then use a hydraulic cutting machine equipped with high-precision metal dies to perform rapid cutting. This ensures the silhouette of every bib blank is perfectly consistent. During the cutting process, we strictly control the flatness of the die edges to prevent fiber tearing. Operators manually strip away excess material, leaving edges clean and burr-free—creating a flawless structural foundation for subsequent sewing.
3. Precise Stitching and Finishing
During the sewing phase, the bib blanks and linings are stacked back-to-back for edge seaming. We maintain strict control over stitch length to enhance overall strength while flexibly applying specialized techniques—such as outer piping, precise neckline binding, or full-edge binding—to optimize both the three-dimensional form and skin-friendly comfort. In the finishing stage, we perform comprehensive precision ironing, ensuring the product’s overall flatness and aesthetic quality. This provides a perfect foundation for the final stages, ensuring every finished piece exhibits a premium, refined look.
4. Snap Fastening: Precision Positioning and Reinforcement
The snap installation is a critical phase for product stability and safety. To this end, we have developed a dual system of “industrial automation + precise manual craftsmanship.” Before installation, operators use awls to meticulously adjust and position the components, ensuring labels and fabrics are perfectly aligned to guide the snap placement. For high-volume orders, we use pneumatic snap machines for through-fabric installation, ensuring the pull strength of every fastener meets international standards. For custom or specialty materials, we utilize professional manual snap pliers for targeted reinforcement, ensuring a perfect fit and durability that prevents loosening or detachment, providing babies with a secure and reliable experience.
5. Rigorous Quality Control and Finishing
Before moving to the final stage, every product must pass through a high-sensitivity needle detector to completely eliminate any risk of broken needles, ensuring baby safety. We also conduct pull-strength tests on snap fasteners to ensure they withstand daily, high-frequency tugging. Before packaging, dedicated personnel trim all excess threads to enhance the high-end appearance. Finally, products are sealed on a dust-free packaging table to block contaminants during storage and transport, maintaining the extreme cleanliness of the products as they leave the factory.
