Phase 1
Initial Inquiry & Confirmation
Requirement Alignment
We precisely identify and align with our clients’ specific physical and chemical requirements for infant textiles. This includes detailed specifications regarding fabric weight, fiber composition, hand-feel softness, accessory safety ratings, and custom patterning to ensure full compliance with international market entry standards.
Prototyping & Sample Provision
As a professional baby textile factory, we fully support sample provisioning for our global clients through our ACCURATE & EFFICIENT SAMPLING SERVICE. Provide us with your samples, sketches, or tech packs, and our team will deliver rapid, precise sample development. Upon initial commercial alignment, we can swiftly dispatch available stock samples, fabric swatches, and material composition cards for your preliminary tactile assessment. In this case, customers are required to cover the sampling fee and shipping cost, which can be deducted from future bulk orders after cooperation is confirmed.
Commercial Quote & Terms
Based on your specific craftsmanship requirements and Bill of Materials (BOM), we provide transparent and highly competitive tiered B2B quotations. International trade terms (Incoterms 2020 such as FOB, CIF, DDP) are clearly defined, along with sample fee refund policies, bulk lead times, and standard international payment methods.
Phase 2
Production Preparation & Scheduling
Supply Chain Integration & Fabric Sourcing
Leveraging our long-term partnerships with premium yarn and textile suppliers, we source top-grade eco-friendly cotton and bamboo fibers. Prior to production, every batch of incoming fabric undergoes rigorous physical touch screening and chemical safety reviews to secure its absolute baby-grade safety attributes.
Production Scheduling & Master Capacity
Operating within our extensive 30,000 m² specialized baby textile factory area and backed by a dedicated workforce of over 100 experienced employees, we carefully program our master production schedule. With optimized production scheduling and logistics, we ensure ON-TIME DELIVERY, helping you consistently meet market demands. Production capacities across cutting, handcrafted sewing, ironing, final inspection, and packaging are balanced to ensure your order hits every delivery milestone seamlessly.
Phase 3
Pre-production Sampling & Logistics Layout
Pre-production Sample Approval
Before mass manufacturing begins, a technical Pre-production (PP) Sample of the baby garment or product is crafted and sent to the client for final physical evaluation. The approved PP sample serves as the binding physical master standard for product structure, dimensional tolerances, stitch appearance, and tactile softness to guarantee zero discrepancies in the bulk run.
Third-Party Compliance Testing
To guarantee compliance with regional regulations for infant products, we regularly submit material samples or pre-production pieces to world-renowned laboratories such as Intertek or TÜV Rheinland for thorough physical and chemical safety evaluations: Chemical Safety: Testing for formaldehyde, AZO dyes, heavy metal residues, and phthalates (fully compliant with REACH / CPSIA standards to ensure non-toxic contact with baby skin). Physical Safety: Tests for tensile strength, button/accessory pull strength (>70N to eliminate choking hazards), colorfastness to saliva, and dimensional stability after washing.
Packaging Engineering
We develop custom packaging layouts that match international retail and e-commerce supply chain requirements. We provide non-toxic eco-friendly PE polybags, custom inner boxes, and high-strength 5-ply export master cartons evaluated for compression resistance and moisture protection to safeguard your baby textiles during long transit.
Phase 4
Quality Assurance & Process Controls
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials and accessories entering our baby textile facility undergo strict tactile assessment and visual audits by our quality controllers. Material composition, color match, and fabric surfaces are scrutinized, and any material failing to meet strict baby-grade safety parameters is immediately rejected.
In-process Quality Inspection
A strict “First Article Inspection” (FAI) protocol is implemented at the start of production. To keep quality flawless, we implement STANDARDIZED PRODUCTION processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across all orders, with strict quality control at every stage to minimize errors and maximize efficiency. Throughout the manufacturing cycle, our QC personnel perform continuous floor audits across cutting, handcrafted sewing, and pressing stations to eliminate defects at the source.
100% Hand-Checked Final Quality Control
Prior to final packing, a thorough 100% manual inspection station is established. Our experienced team of SKILLED CRAFTSMEN guarantees high-quality products through pure hand-sewing. From assembly to final inspection, we meet your exact specifications. Every single item is checked by hand by senior inspectors to trim loose threads, clean minor smudges, verify stitching density, and perform an absolute needle-detection sweep to completely rule out any broken needles or metal contaminants, ensuring 100% infant safety.
Phase 5
Final Inspection Before Shipping
Outgoing Quality Control
Once mass production is completely packed and warehoused, an independent quality team conducts the final outgoing audit. Following international trade random sampling protocols, we perform a final verification of visual appearance, dimensions, carton markings, and case sealing on the finished baby textile lots.
Third-Party FRI Support
We fully accommodate and cooperate with international third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS, Intertek, TÜV, BV, etc.) appointed by our clients for Final Random Inspection (FRI). We provide an organized on-site testing environment and dedicated technical assistance to ensure a smooth, high-scoring pass.
Phase 6
Logistics & Post-Delivery Support
Smart Loading & Warehousing
Packed cargo is stored in a clean, modern, and moisture-controlled warehouse environment to protect fabrics from humidity. With optimized production scheduling and logistics, we guarantee our commitment to ON-TIME DELIVERY. During container loading, our logistics personnel supervise the process on-site, cross-checking shipping marks and carton counts while optimizing stacking space to prevent crushing and shifting during ocean or air transit.
Customs Documentation & Tracking
Our export team efficiently generates a complete packet of error-free international customs documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin (CO/Form A/Form E), and third-party laboratory reports (Intertek/TÜV). Continuous cargo tracking is provided until arrival.
Traceability & After-Sales Service
We maintain a long-term quality record for every bulk shipment delivered. For global retailers and brand owners, we offer a dedicated quality assurance agreement: any verified manufacturing defects will be met with immediate response, including replacement shipments or financial compensation, safeguarding your brand reputation and infant safety.
