1.Fabric Pre-treatment: Process Selection and Material Selection
The manufacturing process begins with specialized treatment of the fabric and rigorous material selection. We offer a variety of premium material options based on product requirements: for 100% Polyester materials and printed polyurethane-coated textiles (General textiles: 65% polyester, 35% cotton; Surface/Back: polyurethane-coated), we utilize high-frequency ultrasonic quilting technology for fusion embossing. For leather products (Surface: 100% PU leather; General textile: 100% Polyester; Back: 100% Polyester), due to their specific material characteristics, we do not use ultrasonic processes. Instead, we employ high-strength industrial sewing techniques for precision stitching to ensure the integrity and premium texture of the leather surface. This targeted pre-treatment approach establishes a solid quality foundation for subsequent processes, ensuring that each different fabric can achieve its optimal performance and durability.
2.Precision Cutting: Manual Marking and Specialized Division
In the cutting stage, we adopt a refined dual-track operation workflow. First, we lay the quilted fabric flat and use pre-made pattern cardboard as a reference, or utilize a ruler and professional chalk to make precise markings to ensure every design specification is accurate; subsequently, we use dedicated fabric cutting machines to perform the cuts. Simultaneously, we use specialized equipment tailored to the characteristics of the filler material to independently cut the internal padding for the seat and backrest cushions, ensuring their specifications perfectly match the fabric. This method of using specialized equipment for different materials maximizes the edge smoothness and dimensional consistency of every component.
3. Main Assembly: Padding Stitching and Elastic Integration
In the initial assembly phase, we precisely combine the cut fabric with the corresponding padding. Using reinforced industrial sewing technology, we stitch the top fabric to the high-resilience padding to ensure the internal filling is plump and free from shifting. For the seat cushion section, we overlap the high-elasticity elastic band with the edge of the fabric and use a precise binding process to sew them together, creating a natural gathered effect that ensures the cushion automatically tightens and fits snugly based on the seat size. Simultaneously, we use heavy-duty binding thread to lock and reinforce the core harness holes, preventing the fabric from fraying or tearing during long-term use.
4.Component Installation: Integration of Straps and Velcro
Once the main structure of the seat and backrest cushions is stable and binding is complete, we begin installing functional components. We precisely position the nylon straps pre-fitted with Velcro and sew them onto the edge of the seat cushion fabric that contains the elastic band. This installation method ensures a secure connection between the functional parts and the main structure, while the flexibility of rear-installation guarantees precise alignment of the straps during the assembly process, thereby enhancing the professional appearance and durability of the product.
5. Edge Sealing and Rigorous Quality Inspection
Edge consistency is maintained through a standardized binding process, ensuring the finished product has a smooth appearance and enhanced wear resistance for daily use. Every product must pass multiple quality audits before leaving the factory: all finished goods are subject to mandatory industrial-grade needle detector testing to ensure they are 100% free of metallic residues; meanwhile, a professional quality control team conducts comprehensive manual spot checks on seam strength, component alignment, and edge craftsmanship to ensure the entire seat cushion set strictly complies with our established manufacturing guidelines.
