UNSERE PRODUKTION
1.Raw Material Selection and Fabric Technology
We strictly select 100% cotton, high-quality skin-friendly velvet, bamboo fiber, and various fiber blends as our manufacturing base. Depending on design requirements, we apply reactive dyeing to ensure superior colorfastness and safety, or utilize digital direct-injection technology to achieve high-precision reproduction of custom patterns. For specialty styles, we employ jacquard technology, using precise weaving techniques to form three-dimensional patterns that are both clear and structurally stable. Specifically for bamboo fiber fabrics, we conduct rigorous pre-shrinkage treatment before production to ensure extreme stability in finished dimensions. All raw material sourcing follows a strict quality screening process.
2.Precision Shaping and Cutting
Once printing or jacquard processing is complete, we use professional templates to assist in cutting, ensuring strict control over the shape and dimensions of each component. We implement specialized cutting strategies for different functional blankets: we perform pre-cutting for hooded styles, precision opening/slotting for leg-divided blankets and those with harness slots, and large-panel cutting for swaddle styles to ensure proper wrapping. This standardized shaping process guarantees that every component achieves perfect alignment and positioning in subsequent assembly, ensuring functional consistency and a professional aesthetic.
3. Composite Construction and Structural Sewing
We execute refined sewing solutions based on the functional structure of each blanket. For quilted cotton blankets, we use full-panel quilting or spot stitching to stabilize the three-layer structure. For muslin blankets, we maintain natural breathability through multi-layer overlapping and precise positioning stitches. For double-sided blankets, we precisely flat-seam velvet with cotton fabric. For specialty styles, we securely join hoods to the main body and perform high-strength structural stitching at leg openings or harness slots. Specifically, at harness slots, we apply special reinforced binding to ensure they withstand frequent tugging, perfectly adapting to various strollers and car seat systems.
4. Precise Edge Binding
Refined details are the hallmark of high-end manufacturing. In the edge-processing phase, we utilize hand-assisted binding to finely lock all critical areas, including the blanket perimeter, hood edges, leg openings, and harness slots. This process results in rounded, supple corners that are more effective than machine-processed edges at preventing fraying in loose fabrics like muslin, while significantly enhancing durability. Furthermore, binding ensures all seams are flat and burr-free, comprehensively eliminating physical friction that could irritate an infant’s delicate skin.
5. Quality Control and Finished Product Reinforcement
Every blanket leaving Inorange Baby must pass through a rigorous quality assurance system. All products are subjected to full-spectrum scanning by high-sensitivity industrial needle detectors to completely eliminate any risk of metal residuals. Before final packaging, our quality control team performs a final review of stitch density, seam strength, the structural integrity of harness slots, hood symmetry, and the opening/closing strength of any accessories (such as Velcro or snaps). We insist on conducting full inspections against international standards to ensure that every blanket delivered to our global partners reaches the pinnacle of quality for the high-end retail market.
